This project shows how even a small apartment can have character, mood, and full functionality. Just 36 square metres — and every detail is considered.

Although the layout provided by the developer suited the client in many ways, we always look at how to tailor the space to a specific person. In this case, it’s a home for a young woman — and the goal was clear from the start: to create a light, fresh, neat, and visually airy interior.

The washing machine was originally placed in the bathroom, but we saw that space as something more aesthetic — about self-care, calm, and privacy. We revised the layout, moved the washing machine to a utility zone in the hallway, expanded the storage area, and found the perfect spot for a full-height mirror, which hadn’t found its place before.

Even in soft, minimal interiors, we rarely give up colour accents — and here, the centrepiece became a sofa in a fresh grassy green. This shade was gently echoed in the curtains and art, keeping the space cohesive and alive.

The apartment turned out exactly as intended: light, aesthetic, cosy and completely functional.
