We’ve shared this project before, and now we’d like to show you the finished interior and how much potential can be unlocked in a small 36 m² apartment.

A generous kitchen, a spacious dining table and a cosy sofa in a bold colour. And we didn’t have to sacrifice a separate bedroom - there’s enough room for a full-size double bed and plenty of wardrobe storage.

In small apartments, the bathroom often becomes a compromise, but here it feels spacious and offers plenty of practical storage. We moved the washing machine into an enlarged wardrobe niche in the hallway and used a large mirror on the deep end wall to visually dissolve its depth.

This project shows how a few precise changes to the layout and thoughtful design decisions can help you get much more than you might expect.

We love challenges like this - finding possibilities where, at first glance, there seem to be only limitations.
